January GEC Production Schedule

Remember just a few short days ago I asked if anyone was bored with the pace of new releases from GEC????  Let's see if this helps break the winter blahs.

On it's way is the new 2 blade toothpick which will be followed by the new 2 blade #62 Congress

Then we'll see a new knife in the Hunter series which will be the #734 in a bone, wood and Stag.  About the same time there will be another run of the 731, 732 and 733's in wood and bone.

Shortly thereafter, we're gonna get a new twist on the ever popular #25.  The twist consists of a Drop Point Blade in a Barlow, Jack and an EZ Open.  I'm a great fan of the Drop Point Blade and carried a Buck Gent for years.  Great all purpose blade design.

Still yawning????  How about another new pattern, then.  By the end of the month, we'll see a model #65 come through.  The information I have is that it'll be about 4.5" oal closed which is in the #23 size bracket.  It'll have a regular clip blade with a long pull, rounded ends and dimpled bolsters.  It almost sounds like a big cuban only slimmer.  I believe this will be a knife built around the concept of the Cattle Barons, Cattle Rancher, Bronco Charlie in that it'll be in honor of one of the famous oilmen from Pennsylvania.

That's about it for now, but just think, it's only the 3rd of January!!!!

Not 100% at this time.  This knife is still in the 'drawing' stage.

Well...... gotta tell you I have some major updating to do on the Current Inventory page.  There are at least 30 knives to come off from this past weekend and today.  In addition, I just received 30 2008 stag, Genuine Stag and a couple of rare Factory Test Production Run knives I want to get listed tomorrow.   I'll try to get everything updated in the next day or two.  Sales have been very, very good!!!

    Greg,
Do you know if the blades on the new #62, 2 blade, Easy Pocket Congress knives will have the square, half stop, tangs or the conventional round tangs?
Just wondering if the rounded bolsters will mean round tangs on the blades.
