2011 Model 48 Western Trappers and 48 Jacks are in!
That's right, these are 2011's. Not quite sure why Great Eastern jumped the gun, but these are the first of the 2011's.
The new 48 Jack is nice, but the Western Trapper is a gem in my estimation. Not a great fan of the Spey Blade, it really looks and feels right on this knife.

Am I imagining it or is that Spey blade on the Western Trapper kind of a Semi Skinner style blade?
It looks a little different.
