It appears we're only a couple weeks out from the release of the new 36's and here's what I've got.  Several times the comments have been made that this is going to be an old school knife with lotsa steel(?).  The main blade will be a spear with a long pull, there will be a shield with no blade etches.  Sounds like we'll see some new label art (which is always fun) and possibly some sort of change with the tube.  I really hope they aren't considering changing the tube to a box!!

Now, the 56's are probably going to start coming through towards the end of September.  Sorry to say, but our 'knowledge base' hasn't expanded much.  What I do know is (as we already knew), it'll be 3.5" AND, it'll have two blades on the same end.  At least that eliminates a fair number of possiblities.  Maybe some sort of a 2 blade whittler with a wharncliffe and a coping blade??????  doubtful...
